F series of comminution trimmer is also named F series of standing impact comminuter and its design derives from BAMAC high-efficient crusher of New Zealand Tidco International Group. The development came through three sessions about the standing impact crusher of the world.

The first set of standing impact crashers was declared its patent registered in the 1950s. However, rotor impellor and scale-board of outer-machine are wearable seriously under the speedily impact so that the crasher could not work very well and was in the deadlock. How to solve the weariness from crasher components under the high-speed condition to get back to normal has become the key problem of putting the high-speed standing impact crasher into use of industry. Therefore, the problem still had not get the breakthrough up to the 1970s though this kind of crasher has the features of high-efficient, prior granularity and granular form of product.

In the early 1980s, Blain.Bartery and Jim.Makedolna brought forward the BAMAC standing impact crasher prototype. With the increasing amelioration, New Zealand Tidco Company launched the single-shot and double-shot BAMAC standing impact crasher in the end of 1980s.

By the mid-term of 1990s, this kind of machine had been made wide use throughout the world, imported into China and became very popular with grinding material, flame proof material, man-made sandstone and mine industries etc. Such as the Three Gorges Object put it into the production of high-quality sandstone etc.

However, because of the expensive price, vast China Mid-medium enterprises could not afford it, esp. the grinding material industry. Moreover, the problems of its single function and lack of the mini-type machines suitable for the Chinese Situation, after-sales service and component supply etc made it failure to widely use in China.

Due to this condition, our factory began the development of this kind of machine. In 1998, we launched the first odd-lashed mini-type machine named F400 comminution trimmer in the grinding material industry and got a big success with over 40 units marketed of the year. From then on, we developed FF400, F700 and FF700 etc series of machines, not only content with the need of grinding material industry but applied successfully into the industries of non-metal mine, flame proof material, man-made sandstone, glass, ceramics and cement etc.

For the high rigidity material in the grinding material industry, this series of machines embody the irreplaceable advantages of wearable, high-efficient and high-density product accumulation etc for any other comminuting style. With the increasing demand for products of grinding material, this series of machines will get wider and wider application and make a profound influence for the national grinding industry.

(1)Use

This series of machines adapt for various rigid and fragile materials largely, such as carborundum, corundum, boron carbide, garnet, quartz, flameproof material and ceramics etc. F series are divided into two kinds: granule and powder producing.

●The material has good granule shape but no spicular and tablet granule and no little flaw, the rigidity of each granule has been improved.

●The material has high accumulating density and good surface cleanness of granule. The material is comminuted by itself without other medium, so this guarantees the purity of material; Moreover, the wind choosing in the process of comminution can remove the impurity with light or thin gravity and can purify effectively.

●Compared with the old crafts of ball-mill, double roll and jaw crushing, it can improve yield and efficiency, esp. for the grinding material industry. The products made by F series of machine are irreplaceable for the traditional comminuting craft. Furthermore, this craft will replace the old traditional one with the increasing improvement of products quality of grinding material and flameproof material
